Kylie Colleen Spanish

No that is not hers...
Since we have been feeding Kylie cereal we decided we better break out the highchair. This was her first time in it and of course she loves it. Her babysitter Dolly has been feeding her sweet potatoes and carrots and says she LOVES food...just like her mother.
Good Morning to You!
Most days we wake up to "Punkin Pie" talking away in her room. This particular morning I walked and she was cuddled up to the puppy dog and gave me that great big smile.

99% of the time when we put Kylie on the ground she immediately flips right over to her tummy. She is good for a few minutes but has not figured out how to roll back, so she gets frustrated and only about 20% of the time will give up.
I love my horsie.

-16lbs and 26 inches. I think we might have a volleyball player on our hands!

Daddy is obviously her absolute favorite but there is a definite 3 way tie for second between her grandpas and uncle danny
First time eating with a spoon at 4 months
I am going back to school in a week and everyone keeps telling me when she starts eating solid food she will sleep through the night. And the Dr. told us to slowly start at 4 months. I was amazed she took right to that spoon...just like her mother, anything that has food attached is a go.
First time in the Bumbo
Kylie has been pretty strong since she has been born. I decided to try the Bumbo and she loves it!

Roll over red rover
Kylie is so close to rolling over, we just sit and sing roll over roll over roll over red rover send Kylie right over. But she already thinks we are annoying and doesnt listen(=
Tummy Time
We are supposed to do 10 minutes of tummy time a day. Casey hates tummy time because she gets frustrated and he "hates to see her struggle." And I don't want her to be called Flathead Spanish.
Almost 4 months and almost starting to laugh
She is so close to laughing I can feel it. But all I am getting right now is drool and bubbles.

I took her to friends baby shower and she looked so cute..what a chunk!

I got the girls matching outfits but trying to get both the little wiggle worms to sit still was impossible. They must be related!
First time on an airplane
This was our first trip to MN. After missing our flight we were waiting to go stanby..UGH! She surprisingly did great on the plane. So far she is a great traveler.

First time to the beach
This was Kylie's first car trip and first time to the beach. Just like her mother she loved every second. It was not sunny and around 6 o'clock and Grandma still was trying to cover her up. Grandma also sits under an umbrella, fully clothed, 50 spf and wrapped in towels.

Grandma and Grandpa Spanish
Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Frank aka Grandpa Doubtfire came for their first meeting of baby Spanish in June. Kylie was all smiles (sorta) and so were we!
